If you are using a recent (3.23 or 3.22) release, this 
shhould be handled automatically. BUT there are still many 
problems with flash links, especially because:
- links can be mangled (and cause 404 errors) due to bugs 
in the extraction library
- links can NOT be changed inside flash files, and absolute 
links will not work offline
