Thanx for your replies. The problem is not so hard because 
we have all the source codes of the websites we want to 
capture : We're just looking a simple way to make static 
websites from dynamic ones. (for demos)
The links in the flash menu are .php pages. It would be 
great even if HTTrack visit these pages. So, we'd just have 
to make another version of the flash menu.
But it does not visit these pages...
