in /usr/share/doc/httrack/templates or in a similar 
directory:

  115 Jan 23 20:24 index-body.html
  609 Jan 23 20:24 index-footer.html
 4228 Jan 23 20:24 index-header.html
  124 Jan 23 20:24 topindex-body.html
  592 Jan 23 20:24 topindex-footer.html
 4140 Jan 23 20:24 topindex-header.html

Just change these files to change the template "look"
