Because I will periodically update the mirrored site in
comprehensive way, some files have be changed( like you said
b-1.html) but not be updated is allowed. For example,  I run
httrack daily like this
    httrack --fast-update www.somesite.com/update.html
and run weekly or monthly like this
    httrack www.somesite.com/update.html
