I've got a Pentium MMX 166. Don't laugh, it's the router.
I've got a 384/128 ADSL line, here in Hungary. httrack works
very well, if i don't use bandwidth limit. That way it uses
about 20% CPU, which is fair. But when I set the limit to
20K/sec (-A20000) the cpu usage goes up to 100%.
