This should be the default behaviour. But ensure that 
the frame location aren't in another domain or in 
upper/different directory. In this case you might have 
to use filters, like:

+www.externalweb.com/foobar/* 
+www.anotherone.com/barsmith/*.html +www.fooo.com/*.gif
