As I read level, I thought I was dealing with the 
hierarchial level of the site, drilling down from the 
starting nexus.  In that parlance, a level of 9 means nine 
levels down the tree from the starting point.

And so in your parlance, a level of 4 is meaningless, as 
level 3 encompasses all, and is for all intents and 
purposes, infinity?
