This obviously a dreamweaver and server issue, because they
do not declare the charset correctly:
- server gives: Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
- pages says: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
So the server says "this page is UTF8" and the page itself
says "this page is ISO-8859-1"
The newer releases of httrack are able to add the server
charset, but anywa there is a conflict here -- chek your
server preferences and/or adjust your deamweaver settings!
