Yes, among with other URLs in the "URL" area ; such as:

www.foo.com www.foo.com/bar www.foo.com/foobar.zip ..

Note: You could also create a text file with all links, one 
link per line, and use the "URL list" feature. In this case 
the additional links won't be displayed in the first top 
index.
