This will probably be the last -RC release. All parsiung 
bugs reported were fixed, please report any bugs.

Changes since RC2: minor documentation & server templates 
formatting fixes, but no major fixes. No new feature were 
added since RC-1 (freeze)

The freeze will last for several weeks ; and if no fixes 
are necessary, the RC-3 will be renamed into "3.30", which 
will be the first major release since 3.00 (with the new 
Linux interface)
