I use the Command Line Version and the following batch

username:password@proxy:8080 -%v +*.gif +*.jpg +*.png
+*.css +*.js
also I test this command
httrack <http://www.assistentenboerse.de> -

domain\username:password@proxy:8080 -%v +*.gif +*.jpg
+*.png +*.css +*.js
whith both commands the following error is request
