Err this is a good question. You will find on this site an
offline browsers, which can be useful for IT consultants,
students, teachers & reseachers for various purposes (demos
in rooms not connected to the internet, archiving purpose,
presentations..), but also for any private people who want
to preserve their favourite pages/websites even when it
will disappear.

Well, compiling is not always easy (especially on windows,
when involving many problems like ipv6 headers install,
zlib..), and skills ARE actually necessary.

Err, httrack is not a company - I am part of httrack.com
during my leisure time. httrack is an open source project
and many people are helping me (translators, for example,
who are doing a great job by providing more than 20
different languages to win/webhttrack)
