I thought that in HTTP you could request a file without 
actulally getting the file. That all it would do is give
you information on it.

So I do not see what the problem is with not downloading
a file as a certian type if it is smaller then the min
size.

Unless you are having trouble with your expression syntax
in specifying a file type with a min size.
