When trying to copy 
<http://www.netcomuk.co.uk/~vaillant/proba/index.html> I get 
all of the pdf files fine, but there are links to those 
same pdf files that go to sections within the document
(like bookmarks).  These links do not work in the copy.  
An example of one of these links is: 
<http://www.netcomuk.co.uk/~vaillant/proba/WEBcaratheodory.p>
df#caratheodory:extension

Is there a way to make those links work - the actual file 
is alreay there, I just need it to point to it.
