Are you sure these files weren't allowed? Remember that 
+*/*help* will allow any links containing help in it, even 
on other sites (www.foo.com/help/, 
www.bar.com/foo/helpme/ ..)

No, no, -* will exlude everything.

First try -* only in Set Options/Scan rules (you should get 
only the first page), and then add + filters one by one if 
yu want to detect exactly where can be the problem.
