In fact the first thing WinHTTrack/WebHTTrack does is to
erase doit.log, to prevent httrack from reading it. Then,
WinHTTrack regenerate a complete commandline and pass it
using the library call (libhttrack.dll or libhttrack.so)
For the comment thing: well, the current parameter handling
does not easily make it possible (CR, TABs and spaces are
seen as same delimiters to prevent bugs when these
charcters are inserted)
