This site seems to filter offline browsers, maybe for 
bandwidth abuse reasons. Ask the permission to capture the 
site from the webmaster, and then use reasonnable settings 
(bandwidth limit, 2 simultaneous connections) with 
a "Browser ID" like IE or Netscape (see Options/Identity).
