After 7 months of efforts, the 3.30 release of httrack is 
now considered stable.

This 3.30-RC19 release is identical to the previous 3.30-
RC18-2 release (except minor cosmetic changes), and if no 
further fixes are necessary, the final 3.30 release 
(3.30.01) should be released next week.
