Just edit the webhttrack script 
(${HOME}/usr/bin/webhttrack) and in the line 
SRCHDISTPATH=".." add the following element:
${HOME}/usr/share

That is -

SRCHDISTPATH="/usr/share /usr/local /usr /local /usr/local/s
hare ${HOME}/usr ${HOME}/usr/share ${HOME}/usr/local 
${HOME}/usr/share"
