didn't work for me either (on redhat 9 linux) until I
manually copied the install html folder httrack-3.30.01/html
over to /usr/local/share/httrack/html.  I also had to
comment out the line:
 test -n "${SRVPID}" && kill -9 ${SRVPID}
in the Cleanup function inside script:
/usr/local/bin/webhttrack
The interface now comes up in the browser okay, but I
haven't had time to check if it actually now works (time for
bed for me...)
