These files are hosted at sourceforge ; that is, something 
like <http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=76879>, an then,
again another link to one of the 
several mirrors (North America, Australia..)

You will have to select one (and only one!) mirror, and use 
scan rules such as:
+sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=76879
+prdownloads.sourceforge.net/*/*.zip?download
+prdownloads.sourceforge.net/*/*.zip?use_mirror=easynews

Of couse, some testing will have to be done..
