Specifically I'm trying to help someone. The person wants to 
start at the above URL and continue down to the link located 
in the menu on the left of the page that reads 'Co Long'. 
Click on the 'Co Long' link and you are taken to a page that 
has a list of titles, click on one of the titles and you are 
taken to a page that has PDF files available for download. 
The person I am trying to help would like to save the PDF 
files along with the site.

A). I tried to mirror the site but the save process never 
started. I saw the Robots.txt file being read and one other 
link being read and then the process just went to 
'Finished'.

Any help or explanation is much appreciated.
