O.K. I now have it where the Pdf files are downloading 
because in HTTrack the heading reads "receiving file" and 
the progress bar shows links with Pdf endings being 
downloaded but when I check the folder I am downloading into 
there are no Pdf files anywhere only a bunch of Html files 
labeled "Index".

Just to be sure I ran a file search on my computer looking 
for Pdf files downloaded in the last day and I get none.

The progress bar on HTTrack goes slow like it is downloading 
an actual Pdf file and like I stated above the link has the 
Pdf ending but there is in reality no file.
