Set options / scan rules: ensure that the followinf filters 
are present:
+*.gif +*.jpg +*.png

Generally missing images are due to complex javascript, not 
understood by httrack. There is no real workaround, except 
adding links by hand in a separate text file, and use the 
URL list feature of httrack.
