I too have recently seen this error, and whilst I accept
that this may occur, what seems odd is that httrack seems to
try download the file anyway! Any time this error is
reported I find the size of the associated file has changed,
and contains invalid data. Is this not then a bug in httrack
as without a valid response, it cannot know what download,
so shouldn't do anything?
