Which Web page(s) are you referring to?
You might be be encountering a page-forward: the
"Click-Here" takes you to a blank page, that forwards you to
the page you wanted.  It can be useful when URLs change
frequently or as a security device to keep most users from
getting a link list.  This redirection was originally
developed in HTML for when URLs changed (like mail
forwarding, we encounter the "This page has moved to..."
message)
