If the site is not too complicated you may be able to work 
around this problem, if you: 

1. download link-list pages that link to the sub-pages 

2. alter them with global search and replace
    (Find: www.sitetoarchive Replace: 10.10.10.10) 

3. Set HTTrack to mirror the altered link-list pages
    (set external levels >3)
    (How many >3 depends on # of sub-levels)
