Sorry,  I misunderstood  
I thought you wanted to download from more domains

To download material ONLY from desired domains
 1. Set Options>>Scan Rules to desired domains
       -*
       +www.intouch.org/*
       +www.itmimg.org/* 
       +www.intouchministries.org/*
 2. Option>>Limits>>mirror depth >2 internal ONLY 
     (set External depth = 0)
