HTTrack is made to follow links and download, so either: 
   Put project Web Addresses in txt file and use URL List
  OR 
   have HTTrack follow a link list page you make 
    (with all the URLs you want) 
   HTTrack can download over 10^6 links on a project 
       (if you have memory)
