This is not possible with the current design: links have to
be rebuild "globally" - it means that cross-site-links are
built on the fly so that you can jump from a site to
another one on a same project.
You can however add an additional URL to an existing
project, and choose "Continue an interrupted mirror", which
should be faster (and should not touch the existing files)
