I'm not sure you can : hotlinking is forbidden (your
referrer must be set by the previous page you browsed as a
key - I don't know if Httrack allows you to set the
referrer) and a cookie problem is mentioned.
you should try to use the <http://username:password@URL_of_page> 
 allowing you to get to the page you want to download and
use filters in the scan rules
