It looked as if it's 'updating' existing files instead of 
downloading new files. Though there are 250Mb bytes saved, 
it only added about 50Mb to the mirrored site in my PC. The 
infos of the mirroring are:

Links scanned: 7509/24308 (+3)
Files written: 8217
Files updated: 7529 (91%)

Does that mean it's updating existing files first before 
d/l new ones? Anyway to leave alone the already downloaded 
files and directly d/l new ones?
