Thanks, I did manage to figure this out on my own and
it does appear to working as I expect.  Now my only
grief is the addidtion '?id=123' that gets appended to
the anchor reference (link).

The additional info prevents documents like PDF files
from auto loading in the acroread plugin.

Any tips on how I can dictate when to leave out
'?parameters'?
Thanks for your hard work on this tool.  I expect I
will get a lot of good use out of it.
