In the screen shots in the CatchURL tutorial, the Web address is truncated so
it cannot be read.

The environment is Linux.

I can't make htsserver work because when I click CAPTURE URL  the javascript
says "not implemented".  Therefore, I cannot examine what that would have
done.

So what do I type in order to use a CatchURL?  This fails:
