Hi,

I'am running some Mediawikis for teaching purposes. The wikis are in german
and english. The Mediawiki allows to use german Umlaute in the link name, see
for example in
<http://mars.wiwi.hu-berlin.de/mediawiki/mmstat_de/index.php/Hauptseite> on the
left side the link to "Schätztheorie". But of course when I copy the site
with httrack the links are broken since Mediawiki replace the "Schätztheorie"
link via PHP with "Sch%C3%A4tztheorie". Anyone has an idea how I could I get a
correct site copy?
