Did you try to download the 7 supplemental URLs "alone" (I 
mean - one of the URLs might be the cause of the crash) ?
Would it be possible for you to send me this list to do 
some tests? Many things were changes since 3.1x releases 
(and important parts were rewritten in the engine)
