I didn't get into all the mime type issues I've seen 
floating around the internet.

In my case... the file would open on some computers but 
others would experience the same problem.  The only 
inconsistency that I could find what that this file name 
had an apostrophe in it.  

Once I removed the apostrophe..it had no problems.
