Yes - use the syntax
<file://<file>>;
example:
<file://C:\My%20Files\foo.html>
Or just drag&drop the html file on the WinHTTrack URL
window - It'll add it as if you were doing with
browser URLs!
You may have to define filters, however, depending on
the desired scope of the mirror
