Sorry, I didn't read to the end of the FAQ, naughty 
me :-)

But I now have a question about the custom site 
structure. It seems it's not possible to use a format 
string to place the html files in the root level, and 
all dependencies in a folder, apart from using the 
presets, am I correct? I mean like how IE does it.
