At first you should excuse my bad English, because I only have
learned it for 3 and a hlafe year but now the topic. 
I think the webmaster and users of such a program should
talk to the other one, because both one have too pay for
something.
the wabmaster for the traffic and the user of such a programm
for the time he is in the web, but not evertime they have
too pay some people dosn`t pay for their traffic some people
pay  for a flatrate
