I'm interested whether the recent version of HTTrack can accomplish the
following:

1. I want to mirror a website up to a (non-external) link depth of N
2. for each of the pages mirrored in (1), I want to mirror external links up
to a link depth of 1 (external images, external pages, etc.)

In other words: I want the "surrounding" objects of each web page to be
included, i.e. the direct neighboring objects in outgoing direction -
regardless whether these neighbors are images, other web pages, scripts or
what not.

I found a thread from 2004

about the same or at least similar problem, and it was not possible at that
time. Is it now?"
