Our collegues used this great software for years. But recently I pick up this

We have three questions:

1. Is the log sufficient? I cannot locate hts-err.txt.
2. We cannot locate the option "get file near a link/links"
3. There is a pop-up error sometimes for the above site (but not this time for
the above log): "** MIRROR ABORTED** The current temporary cache is required
for any update operation and only contains data downloaded during the present
aborted session. The former cache might contain more complete information...."
What could I do?
