...And criminals use cars.  We could equally hope that GM, Toyota,
Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen are "happy to know that [their] product is
helping criminals do their job!"

I use my car for legitimate purposes (to go to work, since, in my country,
there is no real public transit system) and I use HTTracker for equally
legitimate purposes, including for checking my own website.
