I have the same problem.

HTTRACK is a good tool with much options, but it is annoying that your
download is speeded down when you have DSL with 3 MBit.

One tip: You can type manually 999999 to get about 100 KBit/s

It would be fine when the bug will be fixed. Or is it a feature ? :-)
