Hi!

I download a site with Hebrew filenames. The files on the disk have funny
names with strange symbols. I think it's UTF-8 problem. You can reproduce it,
use the following URL:
<http://virtual2002.tau.ac.il/users/www/8725/%D7%96%D7%9B%D7%95%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA%20%D7%90%D7%93%D7%9D%20%D7%91%D7%96%D7%9E%D7%9F%20%D7%97%D7%99%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%9D/>
, (and filter out the directory above,

compare the link names and the file names.
