I think this problem may far more common than you realise. I am starting
httrack within an automated .NET coded system from the command line, and it
occurs in most, if not all of the sites that I download (thousands at a time).
It's not restricted to the .edu domain - it's across all TLDs, and can mean
that the latter 2/3 of an entire site which is listed in new.txt isn't saved
to disk, even when listed in new.txt.

I'm using 3.33 so the problem is long-running, but I'm also using an extensive
set of unusual parameters, which may be the cause of the problem. Do you want
me to provide a sample project?
