Well, first I really don't know how WebCopier can do 
that, but I have an idea for HTTrack Website Copier :))

The feature you want to use is the depth level:
Windows GUI: see the mirror depth
Commandline: see the r option (example: -r4 for 3 
levels plus the top level)
