No, I don't believe this is possible with HTTrack.
That would require the program to "rewrite" a lot of
the HTML code, often "guessing" where sections/tags
would be placed... which is quite complicated, and not
what HTTrack is for..

Of course, YOU could probably just do it in Notepad ;-)
