Hmm... well obviously you can capture all the pages of
a book, but that would create multiple .html files.

Can you tell PostNuke to ignore the !--pagebreak-- tag? 
Would that then produce a huge page showing all the
pages of the book?  Or maybe remove that tag temporarily?
