I use httrack to download my plone website and upload it onto a normal ftp
website... (temporary solution)

Inside my pages, I have:
<!--[if lt IE 7]>
        <style type="text/css" media="all">@import
url(http://localhost:8081/NDHuy/IEFixes.css);</style>
<![endif]-->

And this url is not modified by:
"httrack localhost:8081/NDHuy -O /home/jehon/websites/huy --can-go-down
--stay-on-same-address --structure=4 --test -%P --robots=0 --http-10
<http://localhost:8081/NDHuy/IEFixes.css>

This was not easy to find out, since this will be an error visible only on
IE...

Can someone help me? I didn't find out any links or any option that could go
further in parsing...
